1) What is the theme of your poem?

I guess the theme of “Until I Sneeze” is that we all have little annoyances in our day, but only if we look at them that way. I’m a writer, and it just seemed like my morning sneezes aways came right when I had a good line or two, then after the sneeze, I couldn’t remember them! I decided to turn that experience into a work of its own. Looked at a certain way, every little mishap we have during the day is worthy of inspection, reflection and perhaps even a poem!

2) How would you like people to respond when they read or watch your poetry reading?

I’d love for people hearing my poem to be reminded, “yeah, that happens to me…
