I never really thought I would quote Donatella Versace in this blog but I think the idea that creativty can flourish through conflict is pertinent to the work I am trying to do and the ideas I want to explore with you all. If you remember, the last set of tips focused on dealing effectively with difficult colleagues: an issue most of us have faced in our working lives.
