A visual & filmic exploration of Salvador Dali’s 1937 painting “The Burning Giraffe,” The Mind Made Body draws from Dali’s own curiosity with the “secret drawers” existing within all people and explores the physical manifestation of repressed thoughts, memories, & secrets. A Safety Third Productions collaboration with Butoh dancer & performance artist Caroline Haydon, DP Talon McKee, and sound designer Michael Quinn.
