Martin Geisler spent his childhood in the French Alps before arriving in Paris where he studied philosophy and cinema at the University Paris X Nanterre.
After a master’s degree in aesthetic philosophy, Martin Geisler directed his first short film, “Lou”, which won best actor and best actress award at the Troyes Short Film Festival.
In 2012, he directed “Unique”, a 3D short film.
He has also made numerous music videos and commercials, regularly selected and awarded at festivals.
In 2019, he directed “Match”: a short film that questions the feeling of love and male rivalry between a group of friends in the twenties.
Currently in residence at Groupe Ouest, he is developing his next short film.
