Luxembourgish dancer & photographer Jill Bettendorff and french dancer Wilfried Ebongue fell in love in the german capital 5 years ago. Coming from different social, cultural & artistic backgrounds, it has been their challenge ever since to find a common & new ground, whether it was on a private or professional level. They never let their differences define them so they´ve been striving to find their own boundaries, limitation, comfort & discomfort zones, to who they are as a couple, personally & artistically.
They teamed up with german videographer Torben Loth to create a video where they explore different constellations that can happen within a relationship, based on the three words: dependence, independence & interdependence.
The video shows a conceptual performance that moves through those different stages.
