Based upon the best-selling indie video-game “Hotline Miami”, The Main Character “Jacket”, receives a message about a gang that has kidnapped an innocent young girl, whom they plan to do horrendous acts to. Jacket, on the another hand isn’t the type of guy to just standby, so he takes up matters into his own hands…literally.
