Brendan is a UK MVA nominated, award-winning writer and director.
Brendan’s directed his first short film ‘ROGER’ in 2017, starring John Bradley (Game Of Thrones) and comedian Seann Walsh, it was screened at over thirty five film festival and has secured distribution with Shorts International. It had its US premiere at the St Louis International Film Festival (Academy Award Qualifying) and UK premiere at Foyle International Film Festival (Academy Award Qualifying, BAFTA & BIFA recognised).
In 2018 the feature film script for ‘ROGER’ was selected for the Hollywood Black List’s Top Comedy Scripts. (www.blcklst.com), It also made the semifinals of the Script pipeline, Scriptapalooza and WeScreenplay competitions, and quarterfinals of the Blue Cat Competition. It was also a semifinalist of the 2018 Austin Film Festivals Screenplay Competition.
In 2019 Brendan was selected for the Directors UK ‘Inspire’ mentor scheme.
