Logline: When her boyfriend is forced to participate in an experiment that trains him to kill, a perfect student must abandon school to find him and save him before he kills her, himself, or them both.
Synopsis: A young man with a dead-end job and no promise decides that his girlfriend would be better off without him jeopardizing her future. He leaves, without warning, on the first bus out of town. He is then, forced into a mind-altering experiment where he will be broken down and turned into a killer.
Devastated by the loss of her boyfriend the girlfriend recruits two of their friends to help her find him. Her goal is to find him and bring him home. When she does find him, she must then survive his brainwashed mind.
He will be trained to kill everything that gets in his way. Will he be able to decipher between the unknown victims and his friends or will he want to kill them too? The girlfriend’s biggest challenge will be to overcome him and bring him back to reality.
This is an Elevated Horror that brings a lot of story to the genre. It starts with the audience believing that the boyfriend(Tyler) is the main protagonist but as the story unfolds he becomes an evil protagonist. This being said there are quite a few emotional ties to Tyler’s character. The girlfriend(Emma) will become the protagonist that we root for because we want her to succeed by bringing Tyler back to himself and saving him but by also gaining her loved one back. The Antagonists will be the two men who perform the experiment on Tyler. These two men trick Emma and the two friends into a trap that will become Tyler’s ultimate test. Tyler also skates the line between protagonist and antagonist. The audience takes part in an emotional rollercoaster that incorporates horror, gore, and comedy. Not your traditional horror film.
