Searching for Justice is about a young woman fighting to protect her rights and her individuality.
Why should people know this story?
Sexual assault at college campuses is a major issue and often times the victims never have their say or their story properly told as these scandals are swept under the rug. I told this story to bring to light the horrors that sexual assault victims have to got through as it feels like the legal cards are stacked against them from the beginning.

I’ve been working on this story for about 6 months
How many stories have you written?
I’ve written four feature screenplays and one novella.
What motivated you to write this story?
One of my close friends was sexually assaulted and had to deal with the pain and suffering that the protagonist goes through in my screenplay. I wanted to bring to light the extent of this issue.
Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about politics and consider myself an activist.
Any advice or tips you’d like to pass on to other writers?
Never stop writing.
