Logline: With a vow to help the mentally ill, Evan Wakefield secretly reopens a haunted hospital to return to the shock-therapy techniques of the 1960s. Running the joint is him, his struggling sister, and his committed mother who calls the shots from behind her bars. An insane asylum unknown to the outside world, on the verge of being exposed unless Evan can keep his dirty secrets and his rebellious patients under the radar, or better yet, under the earth.
