Logline: Set in 1991, “Sometimes the Moon Shoots Back” diaries, from the perspective of an evolving husband and father, the true story of the life and death of his wife and the mother of their 4 young children whose commitment to living, not dying, a day at a time, to preparing her family to survive without her, and to maintaining her sense of humor is initially thwarted by the fear, prejudices and denial of well meaning friends and family.

The play has been performed three times in community theater. The book has never been unpublished, but has been read by several hundred readers.
