Director Biography
Assia is a filmmaker from China. To pursue her film dream, Assia came to Los Angeles in 2012. She studied film in School of Cinematic Arts, University of Southern California as a MFA student from 2012 to 2016. Assia is obsessed with fantasy and mystery. Focusing directing, Assia is eager to share different versions of reality with people. May 2016, she finished her thesis project, Pearl, a fantasy story about love, control and loneliness.
