A seemingly hopeless situation takes an unexpected turn when he starts a secret organization called A.C.T, which stands for Anti-Corruption-Terror. He begins recruiting the best and the brightest, who take out corrupt polititians with “state of the art” assassinations until the situation gets out of control. End justifies the means, or does it?
