Interview with Filmmaker Reanna Miller (FORGOTTEN FLORA)

Matthew Toffolo's Summary

Reanna’s short film FORGOTTEN FLORA was the winner of BEST FILM at the February 2018 FEMALE Feedback Film Festival in Los Angeles.

Matthew Toffolo: What motivated you to make this film?

The only connection to my family at times was a cellphone. I love technology, as it helps me create artwork, but I slowly began to rely on it for everything. I wanted to make something addressing a personal issue, something I felt strongly about. As a digital animator, it gets frustrating sitting at a computer all the time, and this led me to include a nature element in my film.
