 Chloe Bellande | I was a winner for the FIRST SCENE stage reading for my movie While The Village Sleeps. This was my first time getting a prize like this one and I’ve gotta say that this was pretty useful to my writing! They kept a video on YouTube that I still use a reference to show people how my opening scene “sound like”. Their response rate is very fast and they are very friendly and accomodating. I also attending the Festival a few times at the Regal Cinemas in LA. Great ambiance! Cool to see that everyone in the audience is so respectful of the movies that are showing on every night, and feedback is always encouraged at the end of each film block. This is definitely a festival that I would recommend to both filmmakers and screenwriters as there are great perks for both sides. Definitely re-submitting… |
