Bishal Dutta is an award-winning Director. He has directed nineteen short films, which have been honored at more than a dozen film festivals around the world, including screenings in Italy, Canada and France. Bishal, himself, has received six Best Director awards for his films from various international film festival, including the Silicon Beach Film Festival. His most recent short film, Life in Color, is an official selection at The American Pavilion Emerging Filmmaker Showcase at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival.
Not only has Bishal directed media across all genres and forms, including music videos and broadcast commercials, Bishal has taught a course on directing at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley.
