After careers in the Navy and as a painting contractor, Tom got a degree in Cinema and Television Arts. From there he was able to continue a lifetime passion for writing, and discovered a liking for directing, too. He was able to take two senior year projects (a short documentary and a feature film) and enter them into film festivals.
He currently is developing several projects with the intent of filming them in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
I enjoy all aspects of art, from the initial idea to brainstorming to development, to the “roadblocks” that turn into wonderful ingenuity, to the presentation, distribution, and analysis. And of course, the accolades.
