Maya Johanna Köbli is born on 26.05.1992 in Munich (Germany). In her parental home she became acquainted with the far eastern philosophy and started doing sports and dancing at the age of six.. During her studies of theater- and movie science (2012 – 2016), she worked for different shootings in film, TV and advertising in the departments of production, casting, costume design and directors assistant. In January 2018 she shot her first own short-movie named “Out Of The Cocoon”. Beside directing, she wrote the script, produced and edited it.
