“Resurrection of The Last Black Man in 08:46” was written and directed by Terrence Spivey with photography and editing by Jennifer Hearn.
A reaction to the George Floyd incident, this harrowing true story is about David Gregory in 1933, in small railroad town Kountze, Texas. The short film runs 8 minutes and 46 seconds as it unfolds through images was inspired by the French classic “La Jetee”.
