Writer Biography – Katharyn King

Katharyn R. King began acting onstage at 13 years old. She fell in love with the art and craft of live performance, but knew she wanted to become a more well-rounded individual, so she pursued the areas of technical theatre and directing as well. She ventured into Stage and Theatre management, Art Direction and Production Design.

She attended New York Film Academy’s Filmmaking program from 2012-2013 and then went on from there to complete her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Media and Culture Studies. Her intention was to become a teacher, and she…
