This is one of those rare festivals that truly leaves a mark on your heart. What I valued most about this experience was discovering that behind every film, there are people who genuinely take the time to watch it, reflect on it, and talk about what they saw.
I would especially like to thank the four people who took part in the audience feedback video. I did not have the opportunity to learn their names, but if any of them happen to read these words, I want them to know how deeply grateful I am that they took the time to watch the film and share their thoughts. Hearing four different perspectives and discovering which moments, details, and emotions stayed with each of them was deeply moving and incredibly valuable to me as a filmmaker. We rarely have the opportunity to hear so clearly how our work is received by an audience; there is a tremendous difference between simply knowing that a film was watched and actually hearing the conversations it was able to inspire. It is something I will remember for a very long time.
My sincerest thanks to the festival team for creating such a special space, and my congratulations on the dedication and care with which you bring films and audiences together. You have created an experience that goes beyond a simple screening, and one that truly deserves to be recognized.
I will carry very special memories of this experience with me and, above all, a deep sense of gratitude for inspiring me to keep creating and telling stories.
