Get to know writer Ana Rodriguez:
1) What is your very short story about?
It is sad story about a young woman who can not get over the lost of her boyfriend. Every year on their anniversary she prepares a special dinner, as if he were still alive.
2) What motivated you to write this story and submit it to the festival?
I am always creating stories in my mind, and wanted to see if this particular story would get selected. It is a very sad story about not being able to let go. I am very happy it got selected.
3) What movie have you seen the most in your life?
Oh wow, I have seen so many again and again….I love Disney and have nieces so perhaps Beauty and The Beast
4) How many scripts and stories have you written?
I wrote one story that was turned into a movie, El Mago, and I am currently working on story for a feature length film. (comedy this time around).
5) What artists would you love to work with?
Well if this story were going to be played by a famous actress, Emma Watson, or Anne Hathaway would be awesome to work with.
6) What is your passion in life?
Whether I am writing a piece of music, or a story, or even practicing a piece of music, my passion in life is to always be creating. It is a very special gift for me to be able to create and to share this creation with others.
7) Any tips for other writers who want to write a 140 character short
story?
