Watch the Video Pitch Logline for THEODORE:
Get to know writer Robert Cole:
1. What is your story about?
Theodore is about fulfilling a destiny through time, all though the odds are stacked against you.
2. Why should people know this story?
This is a universal story especially pertinent for artists.
3. This story has a lot going for it. How would you describe this story in two words?
Fulfillment. Love.
4. What movie have you seen the most in your life?
I think I have been enamored with James Bond franchise.
5. How long have you been working on this story?
This particular piece took a year and a half.
Originally there was no music involved. When I finished the first draft I felt there was more to do. I thought rockers are poets, let’s add that element to the piece. I felt the story arc was hen completed, beginning to end.
6. How many stories have you written?
At least 10.
Originally there was no music involved. When I finished the first draft I felt there was more to do. I thought rockers are poets, let’s add that element to the piece. I felt the story arc was hen completed, beginning to end.
7. What motivated you to write this story?
I write in multiple genres, but had never worked in the vampire milieu. My story had to be done in a Bob way and I succeeded; drama, comedy, romance, music interwoven. In the end I felt a kindred spirit with Jean Louis – Theodore. It’s something I had to get out.
8. Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?
My writing has been all consuming for years.
9. Any advice or tips you’d like to pass on to other writers?
Write until you get to the end. Then start a new story.
