ANYONE?
by Robert Valleau

Does anyone see the pain I hide?
Does anyone even care?
Lost again no hope to guide
This hurt I cannot bear.

A chasm of worry doth divide
My soul encased with fear
Who will walk by my side?
To whisper, “I am here.”

Empty tears I have cried
Ending with a stare
No one in which to confide
But God who’s always there.
