Synopsis: Callaloo and Collard Greens is a multi-cultural love story which combines honor, betrayal, lies, trust and competiton smothered in the simmering aromas of both Southern and West-Indian cuisine. It involves two love-torn main characters whose lives intermingle with the diverse, eclectic New York City food industry. Theirs is a ‘love at first sight’ chance meeting which is coupled with savory delights from chicken and waffles to spicy curry chicken. Lessons are learned, albeit the hard way; for which we all can learn from.
