An exceptional young mail carrier aspires to become the town’s legendary ideal mail carrier; to achieve this, she must earn one final badge by helping the town’s most stubborn man write a letter to his late wife and delivering it before the delivery truck departs. Although she fails to deliver the letter on time, she comes to understand that listening to and sharing the stories of those we love is what truly matters, and she earns a badge even more meaningful than any other.
