On A High

The way you walk, talk, do your thing
Your laugh, smile, the way you sing
Your nearness affects me like a sting
I’m bitten and now forever your play ground
You have me so smitten I do it all your way
I could never be the same again now I’m in those arms
I know I’m safe and on this plane there is only good
Our brood is perfectly perfect as we are so simply
Although there is nothing simple about perfection
There is an ease with which we respect all that is our self
And a humility that means we are revered by all
The power that is us is beyond comprehension
Our appreciation sees that we honour every being
For our eyes always see the truth in all that seems
By looking, seeing and knowing beyond all that is seen
We explore all those things that are intangible
Or so it seems as tangibles are borne out of these
Your ways are so mysterious they leave me speechless
Just how you like me, silently staying with your every move
I have laughed, cried, been shell shocked, oh what a magnificent ride
Destination unknown and I couldn’t care less – I’m in love
Even the journey is of no significance I tell you
The moments stretched out into eons I savour forever
All my senses heightened and ready for the avalanche
An abundance of sorts that crushes all in its path and takes all it needs
Seemingly destructive, in truth purposefully constructive
Labels and trying to understand never are the thing
Only poor substitutes that never explain the subject
Not everything need be defined or categorised
There is a quaint freedom in letting go of needing to know
Knowing is instinctive and requires zero effort
It is a glowing that can never be replicated
There are no rules, boundaries or egos in tow when you know
It is a show that is never interrupted, it is on all the time
Success always the outcome with all we are and do
These vines are ever harvested as the sun always shines
Non-stop on this planet that is us, is ours and our gift
Our shop is always open and customers always flow in
Our business is everlasting and encompasses all
If it’s right you will find it with us and it’s always in stock
Many times I have said it doesn’t get better than this
Of course I have been proven wrong as it gets ever better
On and on eternally in a place so far removed
There’s no reasoning or intellect, it’s deep within my soul
Here we create everything whole and complete, it breathes only life
Here we breed only the phenomenal and do it in style
If you’re into the regular it will take your breath away
And you might not survive if you can’t hack infinite infinity
I am so grateful to be here, with you, doing our thing like only we can
For me it all leads back to you, us, myself, the one and only
We are on a catatonic roll where thinking has no place
We are high on inspiration to the point we are dangerous
People are scared of us and so they should be, we’re not of this world
Together we are so awesome we are in awe of self
This is not for the faint hearted or the daring ones
This is for those ready to give up everything, even life
Well it’s been wonderful sharing this affair with you
It is the epitome of skydiving with no parachute
Yet trusting life and all in it because I am one with all
You won’t understand if you are not meant to, which is fine
I found my path and within that do my thing the right way
On the motorway of life I am cruising at unknown speeds
Heading all the way to wherever, my soul’s in control
I am loving every given moment and heart beat
Knowing I already arrived everywhere I ever need to be
At the right time, in the right way, enjoying it all immensely
So thank you for listening, reading and sharing with me
This precious gift of existing beautifully together
