Full Circle

It always starts off with me being alone.
Alone
This is when I am by myself and at my most vulnerable.
Vulnerable
Being in this state makes me do foolish things.
Foolish
Capable of just letting go and latching on to the first female I see.
Female
No I do not proclaim my feelings for them straight away, l lack the courage to do so.
Courage
The inner strength to find away to tell, but all I do is torture myself with images of us.
Torture
Friendship with the female that leaves me close. But not close enough to hold.
Hold
The role of the dice.
Where the odds are against me.
It’s worth the gamble to leave this despair behind.
Despair
House wins. What more needs to be said? The feeling starts slowly from my heart and then spreads. I thought I had a chance and I had lost the feeling when all I did was displace it.
Back Full Circle.
